For shared ownership sales/purchases the charge will be £725 plus VAT
For sales including final staircasing the charge will be £825 plus VAT
For anyone taking advantage of the "Help to Buy" Scheme please add a further £250 plus VAT for the additional work involved.
For anyone with a "Help to Buy" ISA please add £50 plus VAT PER ISA (so if a couple have one each he additional charge is £100 plus VAT)
