Justin has been with Browns since 1998 having qualified as a solicitor in 1994. Justin is a Director and heads up the popular Residential Conveyancing team in the High Wycombe office. He has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of residential work including leasehold properties, shared ownership, Help to Buy and Right to Buy.
Outside of work Justin is a keen musician and plays the piano and guitar and is in a ukulele band. He enjoys playing and watching cricket, and exploring the countryside accompanied by his sprocker spaniel.

John qualified as a solicitor in 1985. John deals with compliance matters and ensures that Browns meets all the necessary regulatory requirements of the Solicitors Regulation Authority and other regulatory bodies. John is also responsible for HR and accounting supervision. Additionally, he heads up the Commercial Property Department and continues to act for many long standing commercial clients in respect of business acquisitions and property sales and purchases. John has 35 years of experience in legal practice.
Outside of work John enjoys home DIY and is currently learning Spanish. John also trains with Wycombe Wanderers Walking Football Team.

David Hodges is a Director of Browns and qualified as a solicitor in 1995. David has overall responsibility for the Aylesbury Office and has 25 years of experience dealing with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing.
Outside of the office David is a great fan of the countryside and enjoys spending time with his family walking and mountain biking in the Lake District.

Nigel is a Solicitor in the residential property team. He qualified in 1982 having served his articles with a small London firm where he specialized in property work. Nigel moved to Buckinghamshire in 1985 and joined Browns in 2008. Nigel has thorough experience of dealing with freehold and leasehold properties, both registered and unregistered, and new build properties. He has a loyal clientele from all over the country and also acts for some local developers.
In his spare time, Nigel enjoys playing tennis, going to the gym and eating out. He also likes travel, particularly driving through France.

Ayesha qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and works in the commercial property team specialising in commercial property. Ayesha primarily deals with Landlord and Tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, leasehold management, secured funding, property and corporate assets sale and purchase agreements, option and pre-emption agreements, residential leasehold extensions and property portfolio management including general property law advice.
Prior to joining Browns in 2014 Ayesha worked in the city for large international firm where she gained extensive knowledge and experience in the Commercial Property sector.
Ayesha has worked with high profile clients on complex transactions including purchases and sales of multi-million pound projects including purchase of property and assets for factories, sale and purchase of retail units, nightclubs, student accommodation premises, bars, restaurants and cafés as well as high street shops, industrial units and small enterprises.

Eddie is a Licensed Conveyancer of many years standing in the Thames Valley Area, specialising in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing, including Freehold and Leasehold Sales and Purchases, Shared Ownership and New Build, and is well used to the high pressure demands of the Conveyancing process.
In his spare time, Eddie likes to relive his youth by watching cricket, football and rugby as well as participating in the more strenuous activities of retrieving the family dog from the local hostelry, gardening, shooting and fishing.
